Our principle
Each Sparlen app works first with no account. Your data stays on the iPhone until you turn on Sparlen Plus. We do not sell your data, show ads, or run cross-app tracking.
Website: app ideas
On sparlen-app.com, “Participate” lets you suggest an app idea for the Sparlen ecosystem. If you submit the form, we collect your idea and your email address.
Purpose: review your suggestion and reply if needed. Legal basis: your consent when you send the form. Hosting: Supabase, Europe (Paris). No ads, no resale, no ad tracking.
To access, correct, or delete a suggestion tied to your email, write to hello.ngdeau@gmail.com.
Sparlen account
Sign in with Apple creates one Sparlen account, reused by Sparlen apps. No email, Google or other login. The Apple user identifier (possibly hidden) is the only account id.
Sparlen Plus
Sparlen Plus is optional and billed by Apple as a Sparlen global subscription. It lets you back up and restore your Sparlen apps’ data on another iPhone. Hosting: Supabase, Europe (Paris). This website: Ovh, France.
Reminders and notifications stay on-device. Sparlen does not send server notifications.
Two separate deletions
- Sparlen Plus sync data you delete in an app: clears the corresponding remote backup. Your Sparlen account stays.
- Sparlen account: deletes your Sign in with Apple identity for every Sparlen app. Data still on the iPhone stays until you delete it locally.
Local delete in the app you choose does not erase Sparlen Plus.

You can access, correct or delete your data in the relevant app, or email hello.ngdeau@gmail.com. You may also contact the Cnil in France.
Sparlen apps are not directed at children under 16.
Return
Without Sparlen Plus: purchases, receipts and reminders stay on this iPhone. Nothing is sent to Sparlen.
With Sparlen Plus: sync of name, merchant, price, dates, status, reminder, and optionally a receipt photo (jpeg or png, 5 Mb max) for Return.
Split
Without Sparlen Plus: groups, expenses, and balances stay on this iPhone. Nothing is sent to Sparlen.
With Sparlen Plus: sync of groups, members, expenses, shares, and settlements for Split.
Routine
Without Sparlen Plus: routines, daily check-offs, and history stay on this iPhone. Nothing is sent to Sparlen.
With Sparlen Plus: sync of routines, scheduled days, and completion history for Routine.
